Gibson ES-369

Built in 1981 in the Kalamzoo factory.

Double cutaway, semi hollowbody with solid mahogany block.

This is a pre-production model so the set up differs from the already scarce but highly sought after standerd ES-369s. This one is fitted with chrome covered Dirty Fingers pickups (wound hotter than the standards DFs) rather than zebra open Humbuckers and phase switch rather than coil tap.

Many regard this as the best ES- ever made.  It sports a brass nut, block mother of pearl dish style inlays, TP-6 fine tunig tail peice, Nashville Tuneo'matic bridge, tapered neck and unusual snake head headstock and 30's logo.

In excellent condition saving some mild lacquer ware under the neck and two tiny holes under the bridge where a synth controller was fitted in the 80's.
